ONLY LAURELHURST MEMBERS may reserve the Lanai for a party. A party is defined as any get-together that includes more than 4 non-menber guests from more than one family. No parties will be allowed without contacting the Social Director (Margie 408-646-2744) AND filling out a PARTY APPLICATION.  Parties can be any time between 9 AM and 9 PM for a maximum of 3 hours, but will not be allowed on any holiday, Sunday, or during restricted hours (i.e. Friday, Saturday, between 2 PM and 6 PM), or when another party is booked.  Party givers have EXCLUSIVE use of the lanai, and unlocked fridge, and shared use of the BBQ's, pool, grounds, and nonreserved tables and lounges. Members and their guests may still use the pool and grounds as usual during parties.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $25 (or $50 for parties with 25 attendees or more)  must be paid at the time of the reservation. The costs for non-member party guests is $5 per person (reguardless if they swim or not).  Lifeguards cost $25 an hour each (2 hour minimum). For 1-20 swimmers, 1 lifeguard is required, for 21-31 swimmers, 2 lifeguards are required.  Parties with more than 31 swimmers exceed our pool capacity. 

Payment (a single check or VENMO / Zelle payment for guests, and lifeguards) is due and payable at the end of the party.  Note: GUEST PASSES may NOT be used to pay for party guests.

An adult Laurelhurst member must be present at all times during the event.  The member is responsible for their guests and clean up after the party.  A fine, not to exceed $100, may apply if clean-up is inadequate, and/or non-member party guests do not leave in a reasonable amount of time.
