Laurelhurst Recreation Cabana Club is a non-profit, private membership swimming and recreation facility located in Cupertino, California, at the intersection of Fallenleaf Lane and Colony Hills Lane in the quiet little Laurelhurst subdivision.

It is tucked away on a nearly two acre park-like setting, it’s entrance barely visible from the street. Laurelhurst Cabana Club is an un-crowded oasis, with over an acre of lawn and shady trees. It’s the perfect summertime escape - like taking a vacation without leaving home! It’s the perfect place for family recreation.

Laurelhurst is a safe, happy place where your family can swim, play, and relax, without the cost and responsibility of building and maintaining your own pool. Plus it's a PRIVATE club, with only 75 member families, so making new friends, and having old fashioned social interaction, are among our membership rewards.

The LRI pool holds 52,000 gallons of sparkling, heated water, maintained by a professional pool service and rated A+ by the Santa Clara County Department of Health and Safety.

The pool is heated from May through October (we keep it at about 85°F) and features a diving board, depths from 2 ft. to 9 ft. and large roped off shallow section for our younger members. We also have dressing room / rest room facilities complete with hot showers.

Red Cross and/or YMCA certified lifeguards are on duty daily during the summer. There’s no better place to drop off your kids for an afternoon of fun in the sun.

VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL, HORSESHOES. Gather together a few friends for a volleyball game on our full size, lighted volleyball court, or polish up your skills at shooting some hoops on our 1/2 court, lighted basketball court. Organize a horseshoe pitching or Bocci tournament, or just have a pizza delivered and relax in the sun with a good book. There’s always something fun to do.

Our covered lanai, complete with barbecue tables, a refrigerator, microwave, and several charcoal barbecues is the perfect gathering spot for that family get-together, or just socializing with friends. With seating up to 50, the lanai is also available for private parties.

One of the real fun spots at Laurelhurst is our children’s play structure with swings, slide, and a fort. It is situated on our main lawn area adjacent to the shallow end of the pool deck.

With over an acre of lawn and plenty of mature shady trees it’s easy to find a spot that’s just right for your weekend barbecue or picnic.

Throughout the year we have several special events, from our Annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast, to our Fourth of July BBQ, to our Kids Camp Out and Junior Olympics - there’s something for everyone at Laurelhurst.
